Fired- Up Work!

All kinds of ‘fire works’ …

As most folks begin to celebrate the 4th of July, fireworks are a part of our American tradition.

From innocent sparklers to all kinds of sophisticated and fancy explosives, we find a way to add noise and light up the night skies.

Light cancels the darkness and this time of year we get to see many colorful and amazing types of light.

We also have another source of Light that dwells within us.

The Holy Spirit lights up our life through Jesus and His fire- work banishes the darkness that tries to take over and control our lives

All we have to do is open our hearts to Him and He will do the rest. …

“If we still cling to something we will not let go, we ask God to help us be willing.” Big Book pg. 76

Lord, let us light up our lives with the fireworks You so freely provide us through Jesus, AMEN.

“The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light;” Isaiah 9:2
